Job Chapter 1 Verse 20
At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship 21 and said:
"Naked I came from my mother's womb,
and naked I will depart.
The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away;
may the name of the LORD be praised."
I hope everyone is having a safe Tuesday. Happy birthday to my friend Chris!
I chose the book of Job today for my worship time. What an amazing fellow. Today has been a very sad day for me and the book of Job serves as a reminder that even when things are bleak We should Praise God. Only God can comfort you in those darkest moments. We must forgive those that mistreat us and only then can God win your own personal battle. I know by faith that the Lord is working things out for my favor. My miracle today that I am so thankful for, Wonderful Christian friends that pray me through the tough times. Even in the belly of a whale I will praise our Lord. He is the only one I trust to work things out for me to serve him. His Grace, Love and Mercy are all sufficient for me. Tomorrow will be a better day! Good night and God Bless everyone!
My sister Lisa just sent me the most beautiful story. I want to share the last thoughts of the author (unknown)
THE POWER OF PRAYER. I believe that God only gives three answers to prayer:
1. 'Yes!'
2. 'Not yet.'
3. 'I have something better in mind.'
God still sits on the throne, the devil is a liar.
You may be going through a tough time right now but God is getting ready to bless you in a way that you cannot imagine.
