I am devoting this blog to challenge everyone that reads it to expect a miracle everyday. I have pondered the idea of miracles for many years, expecting magic of some sort everyday. How many of us have heard "It was just a miracle" How many different occassions has someone stated "that was a miracle" How do you define a miracle? I think in today's society, our expectations of what a miracle is, has caused us to lose sight of the everyday Heavenly Miracles. Five dollars might be nothing to some, but to others it might be the miracle that person needed to get through the day. Have you missed an opportunity to be God's Servant? I am sure I have, my loss. There is no appointment in the world more important than a Divine appointment through Jesus. Miracles are happening everyday. I cant wait to hear about yours.

This morning I had a divine meeting with one of our clients that happens to be a minister. We had a wonderful conversation about miracles, I had no idea that God was using me to give him a message until long after our visit. My Friend, Coworker and Prayer Partner sent me an email and told me that I had brought tears to this ministers eyes. WOW! Praise the Lord! For in that short visit that we had, God used me as his messenger. I shared with my minister friend my idea that we expect too much to claim something as a miracle from God. I reminded him that every breath we take is a miracle but more than that, My prayer is, if I have one thing that will be a miracle to someone else that God will use me, whether its 5.00, a winter coat, a kind word. Its so easy to give miracles on a daily basis, and the blessing you receive is HEAVENLY! Please keep me posted on your daily miracles!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words! It is really strange (maybe a miracle) that you sent me this e-mail because I was supposed to have already e-mailed you today to Thank You! I wanted to thank you for hooking me up with the 93.3 radio station. I have been listening to it when I am driving ever since I left your office the other day. It has really lifted my spirits.
Also, I meant to thank you while I was in your office last week for sharing with me and encouraging me to get a slide bracelet (a good while back - while ya'll were still at the old office location). Do you remember the conversation we had about your slide bracelet and how you told me the special memories related to each slide? Well, since that time, Ralph has started a slide bracelet for me. I have gotten several slides which have such sentimental meaning for me (my mother's birthstone, my mother-in-law's birthstone, etc.). They are all SO special to me and I enjoy them so much - partially thanks to YOU!! Until I saw your bracelet and you showed me how sentimental it could be, I had made up my mind that I did not even want a slide bracelet. Now, mine is so special to me. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI am so glad you have started this web site you are a blessing to me you know what all i have been going through and you encouraged me to give my anger to God and you know i really wanted to handle it myself it would have been so much more fun i thought,but for once i listened to you and took your advice and i have been practicing giving my anger to God and now i am finding peace and joy about my situation. I know im not perfect and i do have to really practice at giving it to God you know im always out of the closet because i am LISA lol
